The Otello Gearless 10c is a flexographic printing press that is installed with an innovative gear-less technology completer with an individual and direct drive. It is capable of delivering prints faster and is equipped with anilox sleeves changeover. With an automatic register system, this machine is capable of generating prints to a maximum of 400 meters per minute. The speed is repeated and is based on the plate dimension, shape, ink coverage as well as the solvent used. Because of its gear-less technology, the Otello Gear-less 10c can print plates without the restriction of sticky back adhesive thickness. The printing decks are executed in a normally closed manner.
